        The below is a description of the process I used to add your suggestion (you should be able to do it all yourself) 

        I have created a topic for Mohne Reservoir Dam and Edersee Dam (I tend to keep the dam topics seperate from the reservoir topics, Mohne Reservoir & Edersee, but link to them in the 'reservoir created' property).

        I then added the 'Dam' type to these topics.

        In the dam type I filled in the 'failure' property, ensuring 'bouncing bomb' was listed as the cause.

         Job done.
